  • "New Owner and new management is amazing!! I don't ever write reviews, however, I felt the need in this case because I don't think its fair that the new owner is associated with the old/negative reviews. Paul, the new owner, is great to work with. I have an 06' Range Rover, and now I have experienced both Land Rover Dealership Service and British Auto service, both provide a fantastic level of service, however, the big difference and when I saw big, I mean huge difference is the price!! I highly recommend going to British Auto for any British Auto needs. Great prices. Great staff. For any future issues with my car, I will be bringing it to British Auto."

  • "Ignore the poor ratings from before and TRY THIS SHOP! British Auto Repair is now under new management-so any of you who had a poor experience with the prior owner (as I did) need to give this place a try. The new owner, Paul, just bought the business a month or so ago and he has transformed it. Now there is expertise, honesty and great pricing. Paul races MGs and knows his stuff. As does his team. I just took my 1966 MGB in for a complete clutch job. I was impressed with their level of service and my baby has never driven better. I have used Dennis Tolley's Foreign Car Service for years-and he's great-but now there is a spot for those of us for whom a tow to Lemon Grove is a chore. Paul was super. Knowledgeable, nice and straight up. I don't write these things often but for those of us who treasure our cars, this is a real find."

  • "I have been going to LandRover Specialist, now British Auto Parts Repair since 1998-99 time frame! Ian and Lars are superb! They have always been friendly, helpful and fixed the problem at minimal cost! I could not think of a negative thing to say if I tried! I have two LandRovers and so I have used their services over the years very consistently and never been disappointed! I have found them to be honest and respectful of my car, time, and not take advantage that I'm a girl like I felt the dealership sometimes did. I highly recommend them and welcome Paul, looking forward to the same continued level of service and confidence I've always had before!"
